Individual or Teams of 4

STRENGTH
Squat Snatch
3@85% - 3@90% - 3+@95%

WOD
(A) MAX Man Makers in 90 Sec

2min Transition

(B) "KB Snatching Chief"
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 KB Snatch/Arm 24/16
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

Teams of 4-All athletes are working individualy within the team of 4 for max rounds for their teams total.The pushups will be partner pushups and are the only element that you cant work individualy on. You must wait for a partner to do your pushups with and then both athletes can move on to squats. If one athlete is stuck at pushups without a partner, any of their team mates can stop their element and do push-ups with them before continuing on with their round where they left off.

So keep an eye out for your team mates athletes.

    Didnt have much time tonight but dropped in to have a crack at a few snatches! A few loose ones before i found the mark!

    It wasnt my best snatch, but vron said it looked ok so i am happy with that, her ability to identify a good snatch is second to none... If only i can tighten up the catch in my snatch i should be able to go harder! Looking for an all round better looking snatch next time!

    Wouldnt have a clue how heavy it was, but after such a well scripted post who really gives a shit! See ya'll tomorrow :)

    P.s nearly two chalk buckets on the deck today, dont wanna be doing the burpees kids, so start Paying attention!
