Within 4 mins Both Athletes complete 400m Run + Max Reps Rope Ascents
(If you dont complete the 3 rounder within 8min, simply record your reps & start the 400m run, If an athlete doesn't complete the run within 2mins their partners reps for pullups or rope climbs wont count)
