  3. Man am I struggling with my lifts. Last night deads, were the ugliest most out of form lifts ever. And tonight's cleans backed up the ugliness.
    My form is.........? Mentally I don't even know where I was.
    But with a few tips from Coach Jody, I had a slight return to form.
    Cleans: 5@70, 5@75 & 2@80kg
    Aim for the WOD was to just keep moving.
    Reps@32kg- 17,16,15. Total 1536kgs :)
    1.6km run- 7:45 (splits 2,3:56,6,7:45)
