The going was tough today, unfortunately, the wanna be tough(me) just couldn't get going.
Saw the wod this morning and thought, "how am i going to finish this in 30 mins, with the rope climbs at the end". But I did it. Time: 27.11

WOD - Thank goodness there was a cut-off today as I would still be going! Been playing around with my diet and today was evident that there just wasn't enough energy in me this morning.
