Crossfit Aphesis - Last One Standing "Beyond Failure"

This Event is an individual [RXD/Int/Beg] and a teams event [4 athletes], at CF Aphesis, on the 6th Novemeber.


Although there is only 1 WOD for the teams event, it's a good event for anyone who wants to compete, but are a little unsure and if anyone is superkeen, you can compete in both the teams and individual.
