What a workout! Very challenging.

I know it's happening slowly, but every time I do Crossfit, I feel stronger, leaner and fitter. It's great!
Hey Brian, don't worry about the plank, if you hadnt dropped, I think I would have about 5sec later.
ReplyDeleteThe WOD was pretty challenging and even though we got pipped by the youngsters, I think our team was the better on the night, good team spirit, encouragement and team work.
