12 Pull Ups
*only one athlete to swing at any time. Athlete A must do all 21 swings before handing to athlete B. The "Non swinging" athlete performs 7 burpees.
*Both athletes can perform Pullups at same time. Your 90sec recovery begins when both athletes are finished round.
Recover 90 sec between rounds
