  4. Back to the WODs, while The games were great, it's good to get back to programmed training
    Strength @ 80kg, had time for a few 1RM work 90, 95(f) cleaned ok but rushed the jerk.
    WOD with Nathan 6:37 nice pace on both the runs an wall balls.
    T2B 13/13/13.
    Bit stiff today.
