WOD

4 Rounds of Tabata Pushups Then straight in to 3min AMRAP 5 Wallball 5 Ring Dips
Rest 2min
4 Rounds of Tabata Situps Then straight in to 2min AMRAP 5 KTE 5 Air Squats
Rest 1min
Run 800m

Finisher

Either Battling Ropes or 25 Sledgehammer strikes

    Front squat @ 20kgs. Working on improving technique and not load at the moment
    Box jumps of 2x20KG Weights and 1x10kg Weight stacked. Improving all of the time with this one.
    WOD
    35 Tabata Pushups
    4 rounds of wall balls and ring dips
    19 Tabata Situps
    6 KTE and Air squats
    did 400 meter run in 2:15
    Loved the workout.
