  3. Strength used the 15kg bar.
    Wod, worked with Sierra tonight.
    Did it in 22.44 and used a blue band.
    It felt good to do a workout again.

  4. Went down early for the YADP, with the boy, to practice some skills.
    Ended up doing the WOD one on one father against son.
    Well I let him have this one, just to keep him interested, as a motivational win.

    I agree with Carla felt good to do a workout even though there was running.
    Can't wait to get back into it and start improving.
