Back Squat 60/40
Med Ball Burpee

    14.38 with 40kg bar and 9kg ball

    Training this morning made this one a real slog! But as always enjoy working with Dave, we seem to work well together!

    30kg bar in 14.07
    Worked with Justine (fav partner).
    It was a hard workout, but we did well.

    d/u instead. got a 1 rep max of 46.
