Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans, 60/40kg - Hang Power Cleans for CHIEF & INDIAN
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
FOR CHIEF & INDIAN
*Only One person performing Cleans at any time
*Bar is not to touch ground until both Team mates have completed 3reps each
*Both Team members can perform Pushups & squats at same time

Spent the most time on push ups.
Double unders were not as good as usual, stuffed up around every 10-15.

Not as good as last time. The cleans were the hardest part for me, trying to work on getting some strength back.
Have been trying to work on push ups at home a little but they're still not getting any better, every WOD with push ups is a real struggle for me.
