3 Front Squats @ Bodyweight
5 Strict Pullups
7 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight

*Rest 45 seconds between rounds. But after 45seconds, be READY TO GO!

    terrible stuff.
    started at body weight got out five rounds.
    and then it was all down hill from there.
    back started to ache moved down to.
    45k.g squats and 60k.g dead lifts.
