  2. Skills - Ring dips using 1/2 yellow band. Got 2 out but having difficulty keeping arms in on the up phase.

    WOD: 19:12
    35kg and 2 yellow bands for the first 4 rounds.
    30kg and red and orange bands for last 4 rounds.
