Nathans got his first Muscle Up today
This video is of his 5th or 6th.

WOD #1 -
AMRAP in 2min
5 G2O 50/35
5 Wall Ball

Rest 1 minute & repeat for 6 cycles
*If partnering up; Do 3 G2O each then 6 Wallballs per pair shoulder to shoulder

WOD #2
Perform 1/2 Gasser On the minute every minute for 10 minutes

    set6 2+1
    WOD 2 was fun for all yeah,good work

    Wod 1, we used a 30kg bar
    1=1+8
    2=2+1
    3=2+1
    4=1+3
    5=2
    6=2

    Wod 2 Did pretty good up until the 7th round. Will finish it next time. Thats a promise.

    wod hovered around the 17-19 secs.
    first one poped out a 15secs.
    did like 6 muscle ups tonight.
    yay for me.

    3=2+3reps
    4=0
    5=2
    6=2
    WOD 2
    Sat out for every second run.
    Did 33's and 31's. Got faster as time went on.
    Hope to run all of them next time.
