w.o.d #1 55k.g= 41 reps. w.o.d #2 rxd= 5:47 tonight was good 2 w.o.ds back to back. went in thinking the second w.o.d would be easier but i was wrong has per usual. good hustle tonight everyone. we all put in nice and hard. i love this game!
Great workout tonight 2 wods. No.1 30kg and 22 reps No.2 12kg KB and in 5.52 mins Got tired towards the end, but hey, we have to keep on trying. I'm with you Nathan, I love this game!
First WOD was 33 reps at 45kgs and no bands for pull ups!
Second WOD in 6.39 with various bands on ring dips and 24 kg bell!
Interesting format and training style! I'm really enjoying training with all the CFS crew, each day regardless of how things have gone it's always rewarding to complete a workout with you all...
