For those coming in to CFS

WOD#1 (Do as individual or Partner)
Complete the following ON the minute for 8min
3 Burpee Pull Ups
Max Rep Power Cleans 75-80% of 1RM

3min Rest

WOD#2
3 Rounds
Run CFS 200m
10 KB Swings 24/16
5 Ring Dips

    tonight was good 2 w.o.ds back to back.
    went in thinking the second w.o.d would be easier
    but i was wrong has per usual.
    good hustle tonight everyone.
    we all put in nice and hard.

    No.1 30kg and 22 reps
    No.2 12kg KB and in 5.52 mins
    Got tired towards the end, but hey, we have to keep on trying.

  3. First WOD was 33 reps at 45kgs and no bands for pull ups!

    Second WOD in 6.39 with various bands on ring dips and 24 kg bell!

    Interesting format and training style! I'm really enjoying training with all the CFS crew, each day regardless of how things have gone it's always rewarding to complete a workout with you all...

    Discipline is the soul of an army, It makes small numbers formidable, procures success to the weak and esteem to all!

    wod #2 6:52 24 bell i think and a blue band

    then a 5k run with my cousin dont think ill be able to walk tomorrow :(
