Every minute on the minute for 5minutes, perform 20 Sit Ups as fast as possible.
(If you dont get 20 reps out in any given minute, sit the next minute out)

Worked with Gab today. We put in a great effort.
ReplyDeleteIt looked good on the board, but it was hard to do.
We did 15 rounds at 55kg.
I surprised myself, did all the sit ups,(hooray)
WOD @100kgs, not because it's my BW, it's just how lethargic I feel ATM.
ReplyDeleteCompleted 14rds + 5 also did dips on the MU transitions [cause I suck at them too]
Situps completed all 30,32,40,45,45sec.
