Deadlift

WOD - 12 min AMRAP
3 Front Squats 65/50 (50/30) 40/25
6 Ring Dips
1/2 Gasser

*If partnered up, only one person working squats & bar cant touch ground from the 1st rep
*For dips, Athlete "A" does dips & Athlete "B" does push ups, then swap
*Run 1/2 gasser together, but first back in the door can start squats straight away.

Stabilization

    T2b Managed 6 Straight as best unbroken, which is up by exactly ummmm 6 haha never actually managed to get my Toes to the actual bar before saturday so 6 feels better then winning lotto right now! i think i even managed about 7 Double Unders before the session today so maybe by Xmas this year i will have 100 straight lol

    4 rounds plus 4 reps 30kgs. Got toes to bar for first time tonight, about five at a time :)
