rest 30 seconds from last person through the door
Tabata Squat
400m Run
Score is the total time for the run in seconds divided by total reps for tabata to give you a 1 rep every x amount of seconds.

Did catch up strenght work tonight OHS 5@30 3@35 1@40.The last 400m sprint in the WOD was a real killer after squats.End result was 1 rep every 2.0secons
