Strength
Back Squat
5 @75% - 5 @80% - 3+ @90%

WOD 5 Rounds (Complete as an Individual or in Pairs)
7 Push Ups (Release hands Bottom & Top)
5 Front Squats 60/45
3 Split Jerks

*If in pairs, both athletes can work at same time for Push ups
*Only One person working on Front Squats & Jerks at anytime.
*Once bar is picked up, it cant touch ground
*Each athlete must perform 5 Front Squats each then 3 Split Jerks each

Stabilization
Turkish Get Up (You have 5min to get MAX weight with anything)

    struggled bad with the 60kg front squats but mark made me push thanks mate wouldnt have finished if u wernt there

    need to work on my front squats.

    started to work with a bar but ran out of time to get a heavier weight.

    5@90
    5@110
    4@120.
    A little dissapointed as my 1RM is 150kg, kept tilting forward on my toes.
    WOD with the legendary Zinga 10:44 and we pushed ourselves hard all the way to the end. Good work mate, keep focused.

    I think I need to really pull my finger out, esp now it's only a week an a bit to the CFG games.
