Deadlift

WOD 15min AMRAP (Male/Fem, if poss)
5 Push Press (Each athlete)50/35
20 Box Jumps(Per 2 person team, partition as reqd) 24/20
5 Burpees (Each athlete)

*Only one person to perform Push Press at once (Resting person to rest in Rack)
*Both athletes can work at same time for Box Jumps
*Same for Burpees

    5@70kg & 3@80kg.5sets for WOD which was full on well done to every one

    Was happy with this, last time i did deads i had an epic fail of a night, so i was happy to get these out.

    Worked with Braydon tonight for the WOD
    7 rounds + 22
    35kg PP and 24 inch box for both of us.

    Nice work tonight everyone!
    It was good to watch Xena, James and Mark doing the really heavy deads, fingers crossed i'll get there one day :)

    I worked with James tonight, good to see him pushing hard.

  5. The intensity at CFS is awesome, just look at the after WOD photo,dead bodies everywhere.
    Sierra thanks or the compliment, of course you'll get there. A year ago when I first started CF, even the bar felt heavy.
    WOD [solo] : 6Rnds +7 as RXD on a 30in Box, not bad, but there was no stopping James an Xena, you guys were flying.
