For time:
50 Box jumps 24 (inch box)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings 16kg
Walking Lunge 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press 20kg
50 Back extensions or 50 Good Mornings 20kg
50 Wall ball shots (9kg ball)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
*Only one person working at any time
*Partition reps as needed
*One person MUST be working all the time (If both team members are caught standing still for any time longer than a transition is necessary) A penalty will happen (Coaches choice)
