WOD 20min AMRAP (With a 400m run every 4 min, starting with a run)
3 Front Squats 100/60
6 Push Ups (Release hands Bottom & Top)


*Both Athletes are to be on the same bar for front squats
*Both Athletes can perform Push Ups at same time

Stabilization
Every min on the minute for 5min perform 20 situps
