TEAM TRAINING

Weekend Warrior Series WOD#3

Part I: 15 minutes total to find 1 rep max ground to overhead (unlimited attempts/athlete) and 10 minutes total for single attempt max pull-ups for each member (1 attempt/athlete).
Part II: Immediately after Part I, the team begins the 4 x 800m relay.

  1. Another Great session at "Team Training" its been a real buzz "as a coach" watching you all respond to the format we have been following for a little while now. The last couple of Saturdays at CFS we have jumped on board with the Weekend Warrior Series WOD's & have been having a blast. If you havnt already, jump online & check them out. I can see the series here in Australia some time soon.
