WOD 3 Rounds
200m Run
9 Hang Power Cleans 80/50
6 Jerks 80/50


*Start & finish run together
*Only one person performing any of the lifts at one time
*Perform 3 HPC then hand over to team mate, where they will do 3 HPC, then pass back & so on untill you BOTH have performed 9 reps each
*Perform 3 Jerks, then hand to team mate where they will do 3 Jerks & so on untill 6 each

    Tried 47.2kg for 3 but failed on 2 so i did them at 45kg.

    40kg was heavy for me to do the HPC but glad i did it. Nice to see a heavy WOD for a monday.

    Toes to bar... couldnt get sets of 10, the most i got was 5 :(

    Good to see a lot of new faces tonight at the box! :)

    james and i did the wod:
    9:38 with a weight of 50kg on the bar.
    toes to bar lacked on due to my hands were falling apart about 5-6 at a time.
    good work everyone.
