Team Training

Todays WOD is from the "Weekend Warrior Series" which has started in Northern California, USofA. Read more http://www.weekendwarriorseries.com/

The WOD
10 Pull-ups (Chest to bar for men/chin over bar for women)
-- 15 Burpees
-- 20 Kettlebell Swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
-- 25 Box Jumps (28”/24”)

Done team style: one person at a station, no rotating stations until everyone completes the reps at each station.

Team CFO finished first with a time of 15:24!

    Just checked out the weekend warrior series, a great concept. Check it out!
    Imagine your team, the one that you compete in and support competing on a weekly basis against other teams in sydney. Competing for time against teams from the rest of Australia, and from teams from the USA and beyond.
