Congratulations to Justine aka Xena on taking her first step tonight towards coaching CrossFit Athletes.

WOD 5 Rounds
(In Pairs)
5 Muscle Ups (Each)
30 Wall Balls
40 KB Swings 24/16

Rules-Both athletes can work at same time during Muscle Ups. Only one athlete can work at one time during Wall Balls & KB Swings, however reps can be partitioned but 15 Wall Balls must be performed in total for each athlete & 20 swings each.

Scoring- For time.
