I really enjoyed this work out. I liked the heavy weights and no cardio. The team worked well tonight. There were pbs punch out all over the place. Now i just have to make cfp. Thanks guys for not throughing rocks at me when my duds ripped! ADIOS

  2. Squat Cleans-5@50kg x3
Stuck with 50kg tonight just to get the technique down. I havent done these for a while and it showed. Need more speed getting the bar up and try harder to open the hips fully on every rep, even when im tired.

Great WOD and it was fun everyone working together. Even though we were all counting our own reps we still had to communicate with eachother more than we do when we're in pairs.

  3. Squat Cleans 5@40kg x 3

    WOD - 40kg
This was really heavy for me to do power cleans, the set of 12 was an epic fail!! Had to break it up into 2's and 3's.
After that i got angry and it worked... i did much better with the rest of the sets.

This WOD was interesting, it was very different to working in a small team of 2. I liked it but i think we didnt communicate as much as we should have. While the last ring dips were being done everyone should have been standing at their bars ready to go. Next time we'll know better :)

    GO TEAM CFS!!!
