    This was already an improvement from the other week when we did OHS. (the other week was 5@32.2, i think.)
    And then for fun because Michael was so positive and encouraging i pushed a little more and did 4 @ 40kg.

    WOD with Gab - 16:45
    30kg OHS and blue band for muscle ups.
    Did the first set of OHS unbroken, second and third set was 6 then 4, and last round was 3, 3, 4. Much better than the last OHS workout i did at 30kg where i was only getting out 2 or 3 reps at a time.
    I really liked doing the muscle ups out of the band, i felt like i was working much harder than doing it off my knees.

    Well done to Gab tonight, you are awesome to work with! :)
